We understand that ordering a dress for your special occasion is an important undertaking, and our cancellation and return policy was created with this in mind. We also understand that colours on your computer screen can differ to how they appear in real life, therefore, we strongly advise that you request and view our swatches to ensure all colour choice.
Our swatches are free but we collect a flat rate of USD$5 for the shipping fee. You can choose up to 6 colours. We will mail it out via Registered postage, a tracking number will be given to you. For the tracking of swatches, it can only be tracked on Singapore Post website. All swatches are final sale, strictly no returns or exchanges.
After placing your order, there is still time to change your mind. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours after order confirmation. You’ll get a full refund after cancelling the order. It is important to note that for specially made orders, we do not offer any refund/return. Once the order is shipped, we are unable to stop the delivery. (refer to Return policy)
We do not offer an exchange service for any products at this time. If you purchased your item(s) and would like to exchange for a different size, style or colour, you will need to return any and all unwanted items (if eligible as per the return policy) and place a new order for the replacement items.
Upon the package's arrival, we encourage you to try it on as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing them to check the fit. Please note that there are colour variations on computer monitors, you must consider a slight colour change from actual dress to what you see on screen. We highly recommend you to order our colour swatches to make the right choices.
If there is any problem with the product, kindly contact us at email@example.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Please supply photos or other evidence that clearly shows the problems, including quality issues, damage during shipping, colour/ style/ size errors.
Bridgettbelle will issue a refund of the cost of the returned product* if you are not 100% satisfied with your order. Only the cost of the product will be refunded and you will have to bear the return shipping fee. To receive a full refund on the cost of the returned product, the item must be returned in its original condition within 7 days of its arrival to you. The item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged with the original tags attached. We cannot process the return of any items that do not adhere to this return policy.
You will receive a full refund on the cost of the returned product, minus the original cost of shipping, when we receive the order back in our office and process it. Please note your bank may take some time to process the refund on their end.
*Custom made products are not eligible for return as it is specially made.
Please submit a return request via email to (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 3 days of receiving your order to make sure you are eligible for a return. All returned items must be in original condition, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean without any fragrance and with the original tags and packaging. For the return address, kindly use the same address that is stated on the parcel that you received. You will have to bear the return shipping fee and after we received the returned parcel, we will proceed with the refund (cost of the product) within a week.
If we have ready made dresses available, we will be able to mail it out within a week. Your dress is shipped via DHL. Once mailed, it will usually take ~2-5 days to reach.
After we ship the parcel out, we will email you a tracking number, which you can follow up on the DHL's website.
Once your order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address nor delivery options. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages or any delivery delay that is caused by third parties.
