Local Orders
Parcels are generally dispatched within 1-3 working days unless otherwise stated and are handled by Singapore Post. Free Shipping applies for local orders above $100.International Orders
All overseas parcels are handled by DHL and will be dispatched within 1–3 working days unless otherwise stated. Once your item is shipped, it will usually reach you within a week.
For overseas recipients, a valid contact number must be provided as it is required by DHL. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email, and you will be able to track your parcel directly via the courier’s website.
If the delivery address is deemed a remote area by the courier company, an additional USD 30 surcharge will apply. The surcharge is exclusive of any applicable taxes or VAT, which shall be payable by the customer.
Customers are responsible for checking with the relevant local authorities or customs office to determine whether any taxes, VAT, duties, customs fees, or other charges may apply to their order. Any such charges incurred will be borne entirely by the customer.
